The
Monstera deliciosa is the most well
known member of the Monstera genus,
and is often incorrectly mistaken
as one of the closely related Philodendrons.
Monstera deliciosa has beautiful large
green leaves. The leaves are unique
in that the sides feature indentations,
which become larger and more pronounced
as the plant matures. In the wild,
Monstera deliciosa is a climbing vine
which climbs up the sides of trees.
It can also be trained to grow up
a moss pole as a houseplant. |
